At our Vertu Land Rover Taunton dealership, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team! We are offering £40,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of £45,000!
The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership. It involves assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role will include planning all incoming work, managing the time and resources of your team, and assigning tasks to Technicians to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
It is essential that you have previous experience working within the Motor Trade, either in the Workshop or as a Senior Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance. You will need exceptional communication skills and a full, valid UK driving licence.
