Due to continued expansion and to support one of our core contracts, Doyle Security Ltd is looking for a professional and motivated Patrol and Response Officer to join our team.

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular mobile patrols to maintain site security and deter potential threats.
  • Respond promptly to alarm activations and incidents as directed by the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
  • Carry out lock and unlock procedures across multiple client premises.
  • Drive safely and maintain company vehicles to a high standard.
  • Complete accurate reports and incident logs for all security-related activities.
  • Provide customer service support to clients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Conduct welfare checks on static security officers.
  • Support ongoing Purple Flag initiatives in relevant areas.

Requirements

  • A valid SIA Frontline Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
  • Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Previous mobile patrol experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and well-presented.
  • Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
  • Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
  • Hours of Work
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • Weekend Days including Bank Holidays
  • Overtime opportunities available.
