The Westbury Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our busy 5-star kitchen team. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, lead during service, and help uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Assist with preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation, train junior colleagues, and thrive under pressure with a positive team spirit. Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is advantageous.
