We are currently looking to recruit an exceptionally talented Senior F&B Marketing Manager, who will be the driving force behind the food and beverage marketing strategy for our three renowned London hotels: The Kensington, The Bloomsbury, and The Marylebone. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute dynamic campaigns that elevate our restaurants and bars as must-visit destinations, captivate new audiences, and drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, cultivate agency partnerships, and inspire a talented team to deliver innovative, high-impact initiatives that set new standards in F&B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative F&B marketing campaigns that align with our overarching strategy, enhance the visibility of our restaurants and bars, foster guest engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive dining experiences to drive footfall and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure marketing and sales efforts align seamlessly.
- Support and mentor our talented marketing colleagues, fostering their development and ensuring strategic alignment across all initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee and manage the F&B marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Maintain quality control in all marketing communications, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies, and implement proactive media, influencer, and communications strategies for positive brand coverage.
- Cultivate existing partnerships and explore new collaborations with suppliers and third parties to expand the customer base and reinforce brand visibility.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including the restaurant and bar websites, CRM, paid media and social platforms.
- Monitor communications activity of key competitor restaurants, informing team members of compelling creative concepts or innovative ideas.
