An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and organised professional to join The Bloomsbury as our People & Culture Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the People & Culture function and play a key role in promoting employee wellbeing and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess solid HR knowledge and experience in a similar role. You will be highly skilled at multitasking, with strong organisational abilities, resourcefulness, and a genuine passion for Human Resources. Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organisational skills, combined with a strategic mindset, are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the performance management system and processes
- Ensuring company policies comply with local employment laws
- Handling employee relations matters
- Setting and reviewing pay structures, employee benefits, and perks
