As the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings for guests. You will play a crucial role in shaping the culinary identity and reputation of the hotel and its outlets (bar, restaurant, banqueting and in room dining), striving to exceed guest expectations and contribute to the overall success of the Kensington Hotel.
