We are now looking for a Meeting and Events Supervisor that will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high level service throughout the booking and event process. With a strong understanding of event operations, as well as the desire to work in a fast paced, award winning event space, the ideal candidate will be driven by converting enquiries, building relationships and exceeding our client's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing all aspects of the Meeting & Events Department in the operational function.
- Maximising the profitability of the M&E operations through the implementation of effective cost controls and increasing revenue potential.
- Maintaining consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values and visions.
