As a Head Linen Porter you will be passionate about working in a team that ensures the highest levels of cleanliness for our guests in our bedrooms and public areas. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team. You will lead the linen porter team, ensuring standards are held, and our guests are receiving the highest possible service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organise all floor cupboards and ensure all items as per list, are stocked on the appropriate shelves with respective labels.
- Check linen levels and quality of daily deliveries.
- Oversee all porters, navigate them and supervise.
- Check and monitor delivery notes, delivering them to management daily.
- Perform monthly stock check, and inform management throughout the month if items are running low.
- Consistent delivery of the brand and proud values, as well as following LQA and Forbes service standards during your interactions with the guests and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with management on special projects as assigned.
