About the Role:
As the Food & Beverage Director, you will take a strategic leadership role in driving the commercial success and operational excellence across all F&B outlets. You will help drive the repositioning of the 108 Brasserie to enhance its market presence and appeal, while developing innovative activations to elevate guest engagement and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership across 108 Brasserie, the Cocktail Bar, and Meetings & Events, ensuring consistent excellence in service and operations.
- Help drive the strategic repositioning of 108 Brasserie, defining its unique identity and driving enhanced guest experiences through creative concepts and activations.
- Develop and implement compelling activations and events that increase guest engagement and contribute to revenue growth.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a high‑performing food and beverage team, fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless service delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure flawless coordination and execution.
- Drive sales growth and financial targets, managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and cost controls effectively.
- Analyse business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives.
