We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented F&B Reservations Agent to join our London Cluster, supporting The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while working across three distinctive luxury hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all restaurant and bar reservations across the three London properties
- Handling guest enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Delivering a personalised service, anticipating guest needs and special occasions
- Maximising revenue through effective reservation management and upselling opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records within reservation systems, including guest preferences and VIP details
- Liaising closely with F&B and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinating group bookings, private dining, and special requests
- Upholding brand standards and ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution
