As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be an ambassador for the Doyle Collection and you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests. You will be dealing with the bedroom reservations for The Doyle Collection portfolio consisting of The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington.
You will deliver an exceptional guest experience from the first point of contact, managing enquiries and reservations with precision and warmth. Ensuring every detail is thoughtfully communicated across departments, creating a seamless arrival and stay, while confidently promoting the hotel’s facilities and enhancing revenue through genuine, personalised service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.
