We are looking for an experienced and driven Meetings & Events Sales Manager to join our team at The Bristol Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively generating and developing meetings and events business, building strong relationships with clients and bookers, and driving revenue growth across the hotel. You will lead the M&E sales function, manage key accounts, oversee event sales activity, and ensure exceptional customer service while delivering against sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Meetings & Events sales revenue and achieve agreed sales targets
- Develop and manage new and existing corporate and event accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and sales calls
- Negotiate rates and contracts in line with company guidelines
- Lead and support the M&E Sales team to deliver strong commercial performance
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting and database management
- Build lasting relationships with clients, bookers and internal stakeholders
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events and client entertainment activities
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales and booking journey
- Work closely with operational teams to maximise business opportunities and guest satisfaction
