As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the River Lounge and Rick’s, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience at all times. You will oversee the bar team, maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation, and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere across our venues. This position is perfect for an experienced cocktail bartender looking to progress into a leadership role and further develop their career in hospitality.
Please note this is a full-time position, based on 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential, and candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Overlooking the harbour, The River Lounge is the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by. Here local ales and draught beers are celebrated along with Bristol-distilled gin.
