You’re an experienced, impact-driven web engineer who cares deeply about building exceptional user interfaces and scalable front-end systems. You combine strong technical execution with the ability to influence engineering quality, design standards, and long-term architectural decisions across multiple teams. You thrive in an environment where design matters, quality matters, and engineering craft shapes the product experience. You’re comfortable moving between product surfaces—from core app work to landing pages to UI systems—while keeping a high bar for accessibility, performance, and maintainability. You collaborate naturally with Design, Product, and Engineering partners, and you raise the bar for everyone around you.
Your skills
- Strong expertise in React, Next and TypeScript
- Strong eye for visual quality, design detail, accessibility, and UI performance
- Experience contributing to front-end quality initiatives, coding standards, and best practices
- Strong skills in CSS, responsive design, and animation/motion systems
- Good feel for motion and interaction design
- Experience with design systems, Storybook, and UI component libraries
- Ability to work directly from Figma and collaborate closely with designers
Execution
- Build high-quality, production-ready UIs that are performant, accessible, and robust
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, component patterns, and UI consistency
- Implement well-structured React/Next flows that integrate cleanly with backend APIs
Quality & Craft
- Champion code quality, testing approaches, and accessibility
- Contribute to documentation, internal tooling, and shared engineering resources

Technical Assessment
