You are an experienced, impact-driven web engineer who cares deeply about building exceptional user interfaces and scalable front-end systems. You combine strong technical execution with the ability to influence engineering quality, design standards, and long-term architectural decisions across multiple teams. You thrive in an environment where design matters, quality matters, and engineering craft shapes the product experience. You are comfortable moving between product surfaces - from core app work to landing pages to UI systems - while keeping a high bar for accessibility, performance, and maintainability. You collaborate naturally with Design, Product, and Engineering partners, and you raise the bar for everyone around you.
Your skills:
- Strong expertise in React, Next and TypeScript
- Strong eye for visual quality, design detail, accessibility, and UI performance
- Experience contributing to front-end quality initiatives, coding standards, and best practices
- Strong skills in CSS, responsive design, and animation/motion systems
- Good feel for motion and interaction design
- Experience with design systems, Storybook, and UI component libraries
- Ability to work directly from Figma and collaborate closely with designers
Execution:
- Build high-quality, production-ready UIs that are performant, accessible, and robust
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, component patterns, and UI consistency
- Implement well-structured React/Next flows that integrate cleanly with backend APIs
Quality & Craft:
- Champion code quality, testing approaches, and accessibility
- Contribute to documentation, internal tooling, and shared engineering resources
- Help make Doxy.me on the leading edge of modern web technologies and best practices
Technical Assessment:
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete a pre-assessment (up to 4 hours) or provide a portfolio of past projects worked on.
