As an experienced member of our Business Development Team, you will generate interest in our market-leading ECM software, Doxis, and generate high-quality leads. Our Head of Business Development and local Account Managers will support you as a sparring partner, helping you further expand your expertise through targeted strategic advice and personalized coaching. Within 12–24 months, we want to take the next step together with you—your expertise in ECM and sales will make you a sought-after Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Marketing Specialist!
Your Responsibilities
- You qualify leads.
- You conduct in-depth market research and identify the right contacts.
- You convert leads into sales opportunities and inspire potential customers.
- Using a multi-channel approach, you arrange consultation meetings between our potential customers and our sales team.
- You establish new contacts with potential customers and maintain these relationships long-term.
- You regularly maintain and expand data in Salesforce.
What you bring to the table
- You are driven to succeed, possess perseverance, and want to build a fast-track career.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable training.
- You have a confident demeanor and are not afraid of cold calling.
- You have experience in establishing new business relationships (B2B), ideally in the software industry.
