Job Description Summary As the AI Catalyst Leader for Dowty, a GE Aerospace company, you will bridge the gap between cutting‑edge data science and world‑class aerospace product and service delivery. Reporting to the CDIO of GE Aerospace and the GM of the Dowty, you won’t just build models—you’ll be a leader in a high‑performing team to embed AI directly into our business. This is a high‑impact, gemba‑focused role designed to revolutionise aerospace productivity through Lean principles and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities Defines and prioritizes AI use cases based on business needs. Collaborates with various departments to understand their challenges and opportunities and develop a roadmap for AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value Helps business leaders and teams understand how to use AI. Provides training and resources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of AI concepts, tools, and best practices, enabling informed decision‑making and effective implementation. Facilitates adoption of AI‑enabled solutions within the company. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption, address any resistance or concerns, and promote a culture of innovation. Monitors the performance and impact of AI initiatives, adjusting as needed to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
