A well-established business in Thame is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a busy and varied Service Coordinator role that will suit someone who enjoys scheduling, organisation and working closely with customers and engineers. Offering a salary of £26,500 per annum pro rata this is a Fixed Term Contract until mid-August 2027. 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm finish on a Friday. Duties: * Schedule engineers and subcontractors for planned works. * Coordinate appointments with clients to ensure compliance deadlines are met. * Raise purchase orders for subcontractors. * Send reports and documentation to customers. * Order chemicals and consumables to maintain workflow. * Manage trackers and scheduling diaries for allocated contracts. * Produce weekly and monthly reports for management. * Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. * Ensure paperwork and reports are completed within agreed timescales. * Support the wider team with administrative tasks. Experience: * Previous administration or coordination experience within a busy office environment. * Scheduling or planning experience would be advantageous. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. * Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner. * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
