My client based in Thame is looking for an Account Manage to join their team. You will be the main focal point of contact for some of our key customer accounts, and will be required to build and nurture relationships ensuring outstanding customer service. Load the computer system with accurate customer order information in the form of work order and purchase order. Ensure margin analysis is accurately completed for all customer orders. Maintain and improve quality levels within the company. Support the Operations Department in completing any other duties which may be required. Strong sense of time management Working hours 8.15am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 1pm Fridays
