My client based in Thame is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Operations team. You will be the main focal point of contact for some of our key customer accounts, and will be required to build and nurture relationships ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Load the computer system with accurate customer order information in the form of work order and purchase order.
- Maintain works order dates and enquiry files with relevant and up to date information.
- Create job packs to issue to production, including WO, drawings, and labels.
- Ensure margin analysis is accurately completed for all customer orders.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with the agreed delivery dates.
- Ensure that all invoices are raised accurately.
- Maintain customer records.
- Maintain and improve quality levels within the company.
- Take and redirect incoming calls.
- Support the Operations Department in completing any other duties which may be required.
Skills & Experience
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time management.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
Working hours: 8.15am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 1pm Fridays.
