A well-established manufacturing business is looking for a Machine Operator to join its production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to work on high quality print and packaging products within a busy production environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient production.
Paying up to £19.00 per hour depending on experience, based in Thame. 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday and 2:00pm to midnight Monday to Thursday.
On site parking available.
Duties
- Set up and operate machinery
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings where required
- Read and follow job specifications and production instructions
- Complete routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Work closely with production and design teams
- Maintain quality standards and follow health and safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement across production processes Experience/Skills:
