We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing orders and playing an important part in the smooth running of the sales process.
The role will include:
- Processing customer orders from enquiry through to completion
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Converting customer enquiries into orders
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Keeping customer and order information up to date
What we're looking for:
- Previous sales administration, customer service or office experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Some occasional 8:00am starts may be required
- Saturday working on a rota basis, paid at time and a half
