I have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant with one of my Thame based clients. If you have two years experience in administration and would like to move into a finance role please read below!

Key Responsibilities
  • General admin within the finance team including processing bank transactions, issuing cheques, and providing statement of accounts to clients.
  • Responding to clients in a timely manner.
  • Contacting bank with queries.
  • Work closely with other departments.
What We're Looking For
  • 2 years administrative experience required.
  • No previous accounts experience required, however this is desirable.
  • A good understanding of Word and Excel is essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure.
  • Be able to work well within a team and on your own when required.
  • GCSE Mathematics B required.

This role is based in Thame, the office has free onsite parking and the working hours are 9am to 17.30pm. Benefits include enhanced pension scheme, private medical insurance, discounted gym membership, and career progression.
