My client based in Aylesbury has a full time, permanent, office-based role where you will be part of an established team responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted work from our client’s network of specialists. You will be working with local suppliers and clients to get property back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible. What you’ll be doing: * Building relationships with network of suppliers * Ensuring communication between all key stakeholders * Validation of costs and claim coverage * Final reconciliation of work carried out * Ensuring service levels are adhered to * Applying client philosophies to work schedules * Liaising with operatives and clients to agree a scope of work * Ensuring repair schedules are appropriate and efficient * Offering support and guidance to everyone within the network * Effectively navigating any issues Qualifications | Skillset: * Strong negotiation skills with a natural talent for connecting with people * Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team * Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively * Clear attention to detail and investigative qualities Previous experience validating claims, strong insurance experience or experience with the drying industry is beneficial but not essential. You will also need a natural attention to detail and an ability to problem solve effectively. Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch Wage will be dependent on experience (Claim Technician £22,500-£25,000, Senior Claim Technician £26,500-£29,500). Bonus scheme available.
