Job Description A successful and growing business is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and help drive high standards across the warehouse operation. Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings Train, coach and guide warehouse staff Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor role Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP Strong organisational and workload planning abilities Forklift licence and driving experience Benefits include a competitive salary, ongoing training and opportunities for career progression.
