My client based in a rural location near Thame is seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, including goods-in/goods-out, inventory control, health and safety compliance, and staff supervision. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. You will have a practical and hands-on approach and know your way around tools and fixing things. Have a proactive mindset. Be able to manage warehouse inventory. Have excellent supervisory and communication skills. Be organised, methodical, and solution focused. Must be physically fit and happy with manual labour and be IT proficient. If you are passionate about optimising warehouse operations and leading a team towards success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Working hours are 9am-5pm however during busy periods overtime and weekend working may be required. Salary 30-35K with company pension and free parking.
