We’re working with a growing B2B organisation looking to hire a Digital Content & E-commerce Executive into a key, hands-on role within their expanding digital team. This position offers strong progression potential, with a clear pathway into management as the function develops. This is an execution-led role, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly within CMS platforms, managing large product catalogues, and improving the end-to-end e-commerce experience. The successful candidate will take ownership of the product website, ensuring product pages are accurate, commercially effective, and tailored to a professional/trade audience. The focus is on enabling informed purchasing decisions through high-quality product data and a seamless online journey.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the product website and e-commerce experience
- Maintain and update large product catalogues via CMS platforms
- Build and optimise product pages and category structures
- Use AI tools to scale content production efficiently
- Create and manage product datasheets, imagery, and graphics
- Continuously improve website performance and conversion
- Support product onboarding and liaise with vendors
- Work with internal systems, including ERP and data integrations
- Provide support across marketing, social media, and exhibitions
- Proven experience in a hands-on e-commerce or digital content role
- Strong CMS experience managing large product ranges
- Experience building product pages and category structures directly
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation and scaling workflows
- High attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience with platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
- Exposure to ERP/CRM-integrated websites is highly desirable
- Background in technical, industrial, AV, or broadcast sectors would be advantageous
