Downlands Medical Centre at Polegate is currently recruiting for a new receptionist / Administrator to work part time hours. We have a selection of shifts to fill Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 6:30pm each day.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience is not essential as full training will be given but you will need to be computer literate. We use the Emis Web Clinical System.
You will be answering the telephones and booking appointments, as well as helping patients with their enquiries. You will also be on reception where you will assist patients.
There are also a number of admin jobs within this role, these include:
- Scanning
- Prescriptions
- Secretarial work
- New patient registrations
