Downing Drive Surgery is seeking a part-time Patient Advisor to join our GP team in Leicester. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handle appointments, registrations and enquiries, and support staff using AccuRx Total Triage and SystmOne.
Offering 18-25 hours per week, the role requires strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to GDPR and NHS privacy standards. Training and ongoing development are provided.
