Based in the heart of Cambridge, this prestigious organisation offers an excellent working environment alongside comprehensive training and development opportunities. We are seeking a Nutritionist to help create innovative, nutritious menus for both the College community and commercial guests.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the kitchen stores person and chefs to manage day to day changes to ingredients and menu items to ensure up to date allergy information is provided in the form of allergy reports.
- Developing annual menu cycles for our College Buttery, to include recipe development, costing (in partnership with our stores person), allergen management and calculating nutritional values.
- Managing a recipe database to support menu cycles.
- Providing advice and guidance to the Catering team on latest research, guidelines and legislation.
- Promoting the importance of healthy diets to both the catering team and the wider College.
To be considered for this role, you will need a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Science (or equivalent), AfN membership, a strong understanding of allergens, and excellent communication skills. We would welcome applications from recent graduates looking to begin working in the industry, as well as those with several years’ experience.

- The role of Nutritionist is a permanent full‑time position, working 7.30am‑3.30pm Monday‑Friday (some flexibility is available).
- The salary for this role is £27,894.09 per annum (Step 31 on the College Salary Scale).
