Conference AV Support Coordinator (part‑time)
Salary
£22,449.14 per annum for 29 hours per week.
Hours
29 hours per week, unpaid 30‑minute lunch break, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Setup and management of the College’s conference and event facilities for both internal and external events.
- Support the setup and operation of the AV services for all meetings and events, including hybrid meetings.
- Move and lift equipment (manual handling training will be given).
Qualifications
- A minimum of A level in English Language, Mathematics and ITQ (or equivalent).
- Experience with a range of AV equipment, including theatre and conference presentation systems.
- Knowledge of AV equipment, theatre lighting and sound systems.
- Strong communication skills with a wide range of people.
- Experience in a customer service role and good customer service skills.
- Ability to move and lift heavy items, following manual handling guidelines and training.
- Self‑driven team player with a flexible approach to work and tasks.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
- Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Office, conference event booking software, current First Aid qualification, UK‑valid driving licence.
