We are recruiting a Senior Manager to join a growing and ambitious professional services team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant or business services professional to take on a key leadership role, managing a varied client portfolio while supporting the continued growth of the business across Northern Ireland.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, and larger corporate organisations. About You

  • Previous experience in a Senior Manager or similar leadership role within accountancy, professional services, or business advisory.
  • Strong experience managing a varied client portfolio.
  • Proven business development experience and the ability to build new client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the Belfast and Northern Ireland business market.
  • Confident managing complex client requirements and technical accounting matters.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and driven to identify new opportunities.
