- CTA qualified with significant Private Client Tax experience
- Strong track record in private client tax advisory
- Experience advising HNW individuals, families and internationally connected clients
- Strong technical knowledge across private client tax planning and structuring
- Proven ability to manage complex advisory assignments
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Ambitious and confident operating at a senior level
About Your New Role
Always:
- Lead the delivery of bespoke private client tax advisory services
- Advise HNW individuals, families and international clients across the UK and Ireland
- Lead complex tax planning, wealth structuring and succession planning projects
- Build and maintain trusted senior client relationships
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused tax advice
- Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex advisory matters
Often:
- Manage advisory assignments from initial planning through to completion
- Identify tax planning opportunities and develop tailored solutions
- Liaise with clients and other professional advisers
- Review and oversee work completed by junior team members
- Support the development and growth of the wider private client tax team
Occasionally:
- Lead business development initiatives and client proposals
- Attend networking and client events
- Contribute to thought leadership and technical updates
- Mentor and develop members of the wider tax team
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships
Never:
