- CTA qualified or working towards qualification
- Strong academic background with a genuine interest in tax advisory
- Experience within employment taxes and/or global mobility matters, including:
- Reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees
- Advising clients on employment tax compliance and advisory matters
- Supporting cross-border employee assignments
- Strong client-facing experience within a professional services environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Ambitious, proactive, and committed to continued professional development
About Your New Role
Always
- Advising clients on employment taxes, global mobility, and social security matters
- Managing compliance and advisory projects for domestic and international clients
- Supporting cross-border assignment projects, including A1/CoC applications, SARP, share schemes, and mobility-related matters
- Working closely with senior team members to develop technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the team
