- Previous corporate finance, transaction services or deal advisory experience
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions, valuations and financial analysis
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory projects
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
About Your New Role

- Lead and manage corporate finance assignments including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and valuation projects
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, modelling and strategic advice to clients
- Manage transactions from initial engagement through to successful completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and key stakeholders
