Company Accountant

Were working with an established, family-owned business in the automotive industry that is looking for a Company Accountant / Part-Qualified Accountant to join its Belfast team. Whats on Offer? £40,000 to £45,000 salary Hybrid working 28 days annual leave 9am to 5.30pm Supportive, established team Free on-site parking Belfast location About You Were looking for someone with strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently. Ideally, youll have experience in: Management accounts and financial reporting Cash flow forecasting Oversight of transactional finance Intercompany accounting and recharges Reporting financial performance to directors Supporting junior team members where required About Your New Role Always: Prepare monthly management accounts. Monitor financial performance and cash flow. Oversee day-to-day transactional finance. Often: Provide directors with regular financial updates. Manage intercompany charges and reconciliations. Investigate variances and support financial planning. Occasionally: Assist with year-end accounts and external accountants. Support junior colleagues and improve financial processes.
