About You

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification
  • 5+ years post-qualified
  • Strong technical accounting skills and reporting expertise, able to work from first principles
  • Confident managing multiple portfolios and large-scale accounting projects
  • Solid grasp of core accounting principles under multiple reporting frameworks, with some exposure to international variations (UK GAAP/US GAAP/IFRS)
  • Skilled in accounting processes, reconciliations, and compliance across multiple entities
  • Highly professional, adaptable, and effective in remote or hybrid environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About Your Role

  • Always: Lead preparation and review of complex accounts and financial statements across multiple clients; Ensure accounting compliance, controls, and reporting standards are consistently applied; Manage and mentor junior and mid-level staff, acting as a senior presence across projects; Provide insight and guidance to support decision-making.
  • Often: Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ad hoc accounting assignments; Deliver large and complex projects, sometimes spanning multiple entities or locations; Contribute to process improvements, risk management, and advisory initiatives; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Occasionally: Participate in temporary secondments or short-term assignments; Assist with operational initiatives, system rollouts, or workflow enhancements; Support team development, resource planning, and project prioritisation.
