About You
- Qualified accountant with significant experience in a non-audit service line, ideally accounts, advisory, or related services
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of relevant reporting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communicator, able to convey complex technical matters clearly and effectively
