  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
  • Strong experience in financial management and reporting
  • Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Confident managing complex financial processes and stakeholder relationships

About Your New Role

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare management accounts, performance dashboards, and statutory financial statements
  • Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and audit obligations
  • Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making and improve profitability
  • Analyse margins, pricing, and customer profitability
  • Monitor and manage costs, overheads, and working capital
