About You

  • Previous corporate finance, transaction services or deal advisory experience
  • Strong understanding of M&A transactions, valuations and financial analysis
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory projects
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilitiesExperience mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development

About Your New Role

Always

  • Lead and manage corporate finance assignments including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and valuation projects
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis, modelling and strategic advice to clients
  • Manage transactions from initial engagement through to successful completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations and proposal documents
  • Support and develop junior team members within the corporate finance team

Often

  • Work alongside Partners on complex transactions and strategic advisory engagements
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and generate new business
  • Conduct market research and sector analysis to support client assignments
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Occasionally

  • Support wider business development initiatives and networking activities
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market-facing content
  • Assist with strategic projects across the wider advisory team

Never

  • Be restricted to purely technical work with no client interaction
  • Base investment recommendations on a Magic 8 Ball.
