An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager Group Reporting to join a growing international organisation. About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
- Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency group reporting, consolidation, and management accounting
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting
- Experience with financial planning and consolidation systems
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in corporate governance is desirable
About Your New Role:
- Always: Lead the group reporting function, producing consolidated management accounts and executive reporting; manage the budget and forecasting process; oversee multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, ensuring accuracy and compliance; maintain and improve reporting systems to support financial planning.
- Often: Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and insight to support business decisions; manage and develop a small finance team to deliver accurate reporting on time; drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems.
- Occasionally: Support integration of new business units or entities into reporting; collaborate with colleagues across departments on financial projects and analysis; present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Never: Work without access to support for professional development and growth.
