About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial and management accounting
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experienced in managing small teams and liaising confidently with directors
About Your New Role
- Prepare monthly management and statutory accounts
- Manage sales ledger, purchase ledger, nominal ledger, VAT, and payroll
- Maintain and document company assets
- Oversee bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and director payroll
- Lead and mentor the accounts team
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Conduct stock takes and support inventory management
- Liaise with external auditors and advisers
- Support business planning and financial decision-making
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects as requested by directors
