About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable experience in Corporate Finance with substantial deal experience
  • Proven track record in managing transactions and delivering high-quality results
  • A genuine interest in progressing your career in Corporate Finance and a clear ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients

About your new role

  • Manage day-to-day project responsibilities, ensuring high standards for financial analysis, documentation, and client communication
  • Lead the drafting of sales documents (information memoranda, teasers, etc.) and project manage assignments
  • Play a key role in business development initiatives, including developing sector thought leadership, producing proposals, and leading pitches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and key external contacts, including law firms, banks, and private equity firms

Often

  • Conduct financial modelling, valuations, and detailed financial analysis of businesses
  • Deliver well-presented documents in-house style and perform research to understand businesses, buyers, and potential acquisition targets
  • Provide guidance and delegate tasks to junior colleagues, supporting their personal development

Occasionally

  • Attend in-house and external training courses to further enhance your expertise
  • Lead or support on the identification of business opportunities and potential acquisitions/mergers for clients
