About You
The successful candidate will bring a strong technical tax background combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will have:
- At least 3 years' tax experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Experience preparing corporation tax and personal tax returns
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Either be working towards, or have achieved, a relevant qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA
About Your New Role
Always:
- Prepare corporation tax and personal tax returns for a varied client portfolio
- Review work completed by junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide a high standard of client service
- Liaise directly with clients on tax matters and queries
- Support the delivery of corporate and personal tax compliance services
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider business
Often:
- Assist with identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Support the development of junior team members
- Collaborate with senior leadership on client assignments
- Contribute to improving internal processes and service delivery
- Attend client meetings and provide tax guidance
Occasionally:
- Assist with specialist tax projects and advisory work
