About Your New Role
- Assist with audit fieldwork across a range of SME clients
- Support the preparation of financial statements and statutory accounts
- Work closely with seniors and managers on audit planning and execution
- Engage with clients to gather information and support audit processes
- Carry out substantive testing and audit procedures
- Assist with accounts preparation work for a varied client portfolio
- Support completion of audit files and working papers
- Develop understanding of accounting systems and client processes
