  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in financial leadership and commercial reporting
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Detail-focused with strong analytical ability
  • Previous experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience within a regulated, investment, or professional services environment would be beneficial
