  • Manage and collect outstanding debt in line with agreed credit terms
  • Allocate and reconcile customer payments accurately
  • Maintain accurate customer account records
  • Produce regular debt and cash collection reports
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and reduce overdue balances
  • Follow up on aged debt and escalations
  • Support credit limit reviews and decisions
