We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proactively manage the company's credit control policy, ensuring customers adhere to agreed credit terms.
- Sending invoices and statements to customers.
- Running routine checks via Credit Safe in regards to customer credit ratings before approving credit requests.
- Establishing terms of credit for customers and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
- Renegotiating customer payment terms.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of the Debtors ledger in several companies across the business.
- Liaising with customers and responding to queries.
- Liaising between company departments.
- Preparing Aged Debt reports for management when required.
