As the team continues to grow, theyre looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join the team. This would suit someone looking for a flexible role where they can use their bookkeeping experience within a supportive and varied environment. Part-time hours- 3 days per week Market rate salary (pro-rata) Hybrid working available Friendly and supportive team Growing firm About You Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts-focused role Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes Comfortable with purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations and general accounts administration Good attention to detail and organised approach Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks would be beneficial Practice experience is advantageous but not essential About Your New Role Always Maintaining accurate financial records for a range of clients Processing purchase and sales invoices Bank and balance sheet reconciliations Managing day-to-day bookkeeping requirements Ensuring records are accurate and up to date Often Preparing VAT returns Assisting with payroll and other routine accounts tasks Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve queries Supporting the wider accounts team Occasionally Assisting with month-end reporting Helping with year-end accounts preparation Supporting the team with ad hoc finance projects Never Working until 7pm because someone remembered an invoice at 6:59pm ?Riding a unicycle blindfolded ? ?
