About You

  • Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or qualified Accounts Technician).
  • Experience in an accounts or assistant accountant role.
  • Strong Excel and Office skills.
  • Accurate, organised, and deadline-driven.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Always: Maintain accounting records and ledgers. Assist with monthly management accounts. Perform reconciliations and support VAT returns. Uphold accuracy, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Often: Monitor cash flow and supplier payments. Manage employee expenses. Support year-end accounts and audits. Assist with budgets, forecasts, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Occasionally: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register. Assist with statutory reporting.
